My dad went for a minor op 2 weeks ago to clear some blood vessels going through his kidneys. The purpose of the op is to reduce high blood pressure. The doctor recommended this procedures as the medicine he is taking do not seems to reduce the blood pressure. On Wednesday, I went for my department retreat. I wore a pair of trekking shoes which I bought 7 years ago when I was at the Nike factory outlet in Smith Street.
