Victory Field’s Triple Play Rock and Roll Event featuring Collective Soul, Live, and Counting Crows is a concert that I like.

It was set in a minor league ballpark with the set at about the pitcher’s mound or second base, the crowd in the infield and the stands. General admission seating meant a bit of moving around and jockeying for better seats,

That sounds like a great concert---good bands, low-key. I've just been discovering Collective Soul recently myself, I never knew all the songs they've put out.

While I do enjoy live, I hate me some Counting Crows, especially "Long December" But it's things YOU like and not "Things Chris Likes"

The live concert sounds badass, but there were a lot of slow songs. Were people putting lighters in the air, or swaying?

Don't you know that the cool thing to do these days is wave your glowing cell phone in the air? There was like a 50:1 phone-lighter ratio. Lame.

Yeah, lots of slow songs from the crows, but most of the faster ones I either didn't know or were "Hangin' Around" which I just can't stand. But hopefully I can get the set list all cleaned up and posted tonight.
