No no, a Danzel is none of that! It's actually a pretzel fashioned in the shape of the penis of a guy named Dan. They were originally going to call the Dan's Phantastic Phallus Pretzel, and that's how they printed all the wrappers. But when they shrunk the wrappers in the shrink-wrapping process, all that was left readable was "Danzel".

They also make a cream cheese-filled variety.
