So I've been made. The last unsecure wireless network threw up some security, no encryption, but I think they created an allowed mac adress list. I tried multiple wireless adapters, and thusly multiple mac adresses. No luck, so here I am at the public library, using my percious hour of computer time alloted to my card. Assholes

Since you are using wireless, I assume you have a laptop. If you have a laptop, you could go to Interzone. Free wifi.

I moved a table with my entire computer on it around my room and apartment searching to signals. I'm very persistent.
