Very, very interesting. ;D Mukuro/Kyoko has always been a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine, though...these days, I don't know how to participate in it enough. ^^; -wishes that she gets more inspiration for it in the future-

IT IS NOT AND I WILL TRY TO ANSWER IT!

My tools of the trade are a Wacom Tablet and Paint Tool Sai. Those aren't necessary but they make it easier. And then I just colored on top of the already dark color using different shades of blue. :D
