Well, if I lived in Illinois, I'd live in Chicago-not that it's necessarily the best place to live in that state, but I don't drive and don't plan to, so it probably is the best place.

I have a great reason I live in New York City-it's the best place to live. Period. I decided that when I was applying to colleges, and it hasn't failed me yet. And you don't need a car, which makes it awesome.
