Thanks so, Tracey! Am in Oregon for the moment, and will return home tomorrow so as to be back at work on Sunday morning. It's the joys of my job! Have had a lovely time visiting with my college roommate the last few days.

Thanks so, and thanks so also for the ecard. It was lovely!

Yes, Frodo has joined the Wise at this point in his life.

Bravo for Frodo's clarity of vision and a turned phrase. It's always such a pleasure to read your birthday mathoms. I hope you have a wonderful day of celebration and frivolity.

It's been fun, but also full of asthma, I fear. The latest crud to make its rounds in this region has left me with good reason to cling to my albuterol inhaler. But now I need to take the dogs out. We celebrated last night, and we had a ball!

And I'm glad you enjoyed my story!

Thank you so, Julchen. And thank you for sharing my birthday with me! It was a lovely day indeed, in spite of the asthma!

Asthma can be so annoying, I hope you're feeling good today, sunshine.
I'm fighting against asthma all year because of several allergies, but hey, I can't change it so I try to accept it (today is a very good day, we had rain and the air is fresh and clear!)

I tend to have the full asthma symptoms only after a respiratory infection, which I suffered from a few weeks ago. Even my inhaler isn't clearing it up yet, unfortunately. But I do feel much better!
