so jeff and i gave our offer in to the house we're liking monday. hopefully we'll hear something tomorrow. i was hoping they would've respond back to us today, but it seems they just finished reviewing the offer we gave them. our realtor says they'll most likely counter offer with a shorter closing date which is fine with me

Hey! Sorry for the late response, it was the end of the semester craziness, and I was going crazy. Things have been ok over here.
