So, a couple of weeks ago I went to the doctor's office to take care of my 5th cold of the year (plz not to repeat that 2010) and they weighed me. I weigh an incredibly unacceptable 304 lbs. Seeing as I hardly ever move at all and eat horrible food every day this is unsurprising. I'm a size 26/28 and my pants are tight. I no longer want to live

I had cut out sodas, but I started drinking them again and I know I've gained a good ten pounds because of them. My jeans are tight as well, and that stinks!
So I'm right there with you. Maybe we can motivate each other? Keep some kind of log together of what we do each day...
