Ugh, shin splints are the worst. They are so painful! I still like my treadmill better than I liked that elliptical, but man...my shin splints are getting really bad. I tried a taping technique on them at work today, but it didn't help at ALL. I'll have to try it a different way tomorrow if I get a chance ( Read more... )
