24 hours in the day......8 for work....8 for rest....8 for spiritual/personal/home. You were right to say no....do not feel guilty. In fact you should probably give up the sunday school class and be in a class yourself to replinish your life with the load you are carrying. You are a teacher with many little charges that need to see Jesus in you as well as teacher who loves them. There are others that would teach that class if they were asked and given the opportunity. Sometimes we are lead to believe we are the only ones available.. not so God has plenty of workers but they need to be recognized and nudged. I will pray that that someone will feel the "nudge".
