Oh God! So heartbreaking and sincere. Any chance of any more of this? (Especially if Lisa finally finds out who Dean is? ;))

I haven't yet wrapped my head around what Lisa would do to Dean if she put all the pieces together, but I'm definitely not done with this line of thinking. Ben hunting, for example really needs some filling out. Thanks for the comment, so glad you enjoyed!

Dean, you idiot, go get her back.

Exactly! My poor romantic-happy-ending heart is furiously inventing ways to end this well despite itself. In the other corner we have my make-everyone-cry head... we'll see who wins out in the end ;)

Thanks for the comments, I'm deeply flattered!

OUCH. I'm on the fence about whether or not I buy the idea of Lisa becoming a hunter (she's fierce enough for it, but also too much of a mom) but I like where you're taking it here. Not an easy situation for anyone, and tragic because there's no fixing it anymore...

Yeah, when it gets to the point where even God/a godlike being doing your bidding wouldn't help, you know you're in deep. I'm glad you like the fic enough to go along with the premise, I definitely want to explore Lisa's mother instincts vs. her desire to hunt at some point. Thanks for the comment!

Wow, Lisa turned to hunting to figure out what went down with her memories. How awesome is that premise. She could totally do it too.

Awesome fic! Did I say the same about the first? Lol. Really, this is just what I've been wanting to see and mulling over- for whatever reason the kind of wide-spread mindfuck the monks did with Dawn on BtVS doesn't seem like it would apply in the Supernatural 'verse. Although we saw what Balthazar did with the Titanic, it just doesn't rock my boat that Cas would have been able to reset Dean/Lisa without holes- especially demon-sized holes that can still be taken advantage of by baddies. And now, with Godstiel and his hurt from Dean not trusting him... would he revoke this move in some way? Change it up? I really, really hope there are consequences like this followed through by Show next season (but doubt it). I'm really digging this 'verse and will be waiting to see what you do with it next :-) You have a great handle on Dean's character and a real flair for writing emotional throughline.

Thanks so much! I almost had a subplot with demon's stalking Lisa and Ben in Lethe, but it was a little too much. Still, I definitely agree that Dean's little mindwipe made them less safe. And that Show will never, ever address that. Oh well, thank goodness for fic, right? Glad you enjoyed it, I think a Ben p.o.v. might be next...
