i know that what i do with my life affects everyone to a greater or lesser degree. i know that some of you are concerned for me. firstly i thank you for caring. you might not realise it, but it means a lot to me. secondly, PLEASE don't think i don't realise how this problem of mine hurts people. i do. it's a dangerous and scary thing for everyone
