Over the years I have been eating steak gradually rarer and rarer. So I decided to take it to its logical conclusion. joebunny and I went to my local last night, where I had booked the table and ordered my meal the day before. The landlord is a good chef. Health concerns have reduced the popularity of this meat dish because of the danger of contamination by bacteria and parasites - yuk you may have your own little worms for me to cook soon
