looks like we will be living above dave's sometime by the end of the month. Please come by and have a drink - it will be 305. I get the bigger bedroom and I love it. I will now be able to cook for the first time in a year and a half.

I wish. dave's is a bar full of stupid people but located at the center of 5 points. The apt. will probably lack in sin but you guys should come visit anyways.

Just don't start to hang with the preppies at Dave's. I might have to plan in intervention if that happens.

You don't have a thing to worry about because now I can walk to the plaza! I hate dave's but I may consider running down to both dave's and bailey's for a happy hour beverage. Both places lack people during the earlier hours of the week which is the only time i will consider going.
