I receive Amber Alerts on my cell, and this is the most recent (sent yesterday):

Siler City, NC
Car: Burgundy, Ford Expedition
Child: Age 2, Hispanic Male, Brown Eyes & Black hair, 3 feet tall and weighs 25 lbs
Suspect: Age 29, Hispanic Male, 5'6", 140 pounds, Brown eyes & black hair
Call: 919-542-2911

I think I did ...it's been a while since I subscribed and I haven't received that many alerts (which is good in a way, I guess). I signed up top receive them for NC and AL since I think you can only choose so many states/zip codes. I really hope they find this little boy quickly & that he's safe!

Ok we do not have "amber alerts" in england .... could you please explain them a little as im confused .... it sounds like they send a criminals info to your mobile .... :S

When a child is abducted, an "Amber Alert" is placed. Basically, they post any known information about the child(ren) and suspects involved in hopes that people will keep an eye out so they can find the missing child.

This is really bothering me. We were friends I thought. I showed you support when you were going through hard times and others weren't. You don't want to be friends anymore and that is fine but I think I deserve to know what I did to offend you so much to make you cut me!!

I find this a wee bit amusing .... 10 days ago, you accepted the fact that I cut you from my friends list. I didn't answer for personal reasons, and since you have cut people from your list without offering much of an explanation, I thought you would respect my decision. Apparently, that was not the case. So, no explanation is being offered beyond the fact that I felt towards the end that "trolling" was done & that does not sit well with me.
