Lately, I've had to delete about half a dozen spam comments from various entries on my LJ & at other communities. They've all shared a commonality: a single embed & link to a YouTube video in Portuguese titled "Camarate: A confissao de Farinha Simoes" or in English ( Read more... )

No problem, a friend tweeted about it so I thought I'd repost as you'd come across it.

Zu-chan had an instance of it too. It was an old entry but actually on her journal

I've had three of these... But I have removed the whole "hover-cursor-over-the-userhead" thing, so I just reported it as spam when I deleted their comments. On one of them, I was asked if I wanted to ban them from my LJ, so I did that too. I hate the hover pop-up so... At least the spam team got them.

Annoying bots.
