Men in their patheticness

So my brother and Jesse both claim to be depressed because they're not getting any but their friend is. Why do men get depressed when they dont have girlfriends or some piece of ass around? It is something that I do not understand. Why would someone want to depend on another person? It's like they need a woman around if they dont have their mommy.

I think it probably has something to do with Low self esteem. They see their friends with girls and get upset. I don't think it is the only factor however. Perhaps, it is just an easy thing to lach on to...
I would love to see you this weekend. I am giving tours from 9-5pm on Saturday so you can come up to campus (with all the other new students) and I'll take you on a tour of the Theatre Arts Department, or maybe I can meet you somewhere for dinner? I don't know how late you guys want to stay in Santa Cruz.

and i read this. Well i don't know you but i am a guy so let me help you out... What?? How old are you? People don't like to be alone, boys and girls alike. Please don't call us men pathetic for this reason, we are so busy defending our patheticness from other more valid accusations that we can't waste too much effort explaining this universal human quality. Seriously, when you are alone for don't you long for intimacy? You have a heart, no? Please judge us harshly becuase we like to start wars and stuff, not for something kind of endearing like "we need to be loved".
