well. hi.
uhm... first entry.
what does one customarily say in a first entry? I suppose introductions are in order....

the name's Nicola and I'm here... because a few of my friends are. I do, however plan to keep this thing strictly seperate from my real life. why? I dunno. probably because it's just nice to throw feelings around anonymously? I now ( Read more... )

I don't think there *is* a customary way of writing a first entry - I just looked at mine and it's a disgusting waffly self-indulgent thing I'd delete if it didn't make me laugh. But whatta day - I'm terribly afraid of getting on wrong trains - I've never actually done it, but I have The Fear. At least there was a friendly conductor to put you straight sooner rather than later (you know, as opposed to you ending up in the middle of nowhere!).

Anyway, welcome to LJ! :-D

hehe - well, good to know.
I'm just really unlucky with trains in general, although I have learned from past stupid experience to triple-check EVERYTHING if I decide to go somewhere by train. which I didn't here, obviously. stupid me.
but yeah - I was pleasantly surprised at how many nice people you get to meet if you put on puppy eyes and a foreign accent xD

Believe me, I also triple check everything that involves trains - they are far too often untrustworthy/unreliable!
