Don't special care workers in your category have rights, too? What you described sounds pretty bizarre. Surely the industry has safeguards to protect its workers. I'd check into that if I were you. I don't think this situation is acceptable. I wonder about your co-workers and supervisors; are they letting this happen to you? Is it just to you?? Where's the support network??
