Successful dinner

I've got a cold, so I stayed home from work today, after which I was presented with the problem of what to make for dinner. I've recently decided that the way to learn how to cook is to do it a bunch, and finding a real recipe dissuades me from doing it, so I've given up on real recipes. So:

wait 10 seconds in between stirring and scraping the eggs. That allows larger egg chunks to form. Also, pan should be on high heat when you first pour in the egg. Then immediately lower it to medium.

you should try my recipe for sour cream enchiladas sometime. they're pretty easy, just a bit of work - time consuming, but great for a meal for a few people... and there is *no* measuring involved whatsoever. :D
