its been forever since i updated...........I just told one of my friends Pat J. With the ppl on the road today.........and ppl who keep tail gating me i'm going to run those mothers off the road....any whooo Life is great....proud of marc.....He's improving on his Best stroke which is FLY i think and my Best stroke which is Breast Stroke....i swim

I didn"t break my record last year I got a time of 8 minutes and 10 secs. But this year i am planning to go down to 7 mins and 5 secs.
