On buried memories...

Sometimes I wonder if I were in some sort of bizarre accident and forgot everything I loved... buried memories... I suppose that is a normal aspect of aging... maybe... but as my agreement with my former employer came to a complete end... I seem to be remembering people and events I had temporarily forgot... I can barely remember people's names

Thanks! I'm a bit down at the moment and needed a hug! I decided spontaneously to get back in touch with someone who had been important to me a long time ago...bad move! I don't think the person even remembers me... and it brought back a lot of memories... good memories... I've been weirding out because I'd not realized how much good stuff I'd forgotten! Very upsetting.

I've been trying to figure out what happened back then to make me forget. I can't remember my high school senior Prom either despite having a very clear memory of the Prom the year before. I have a memory like an elephant so it's a bit weird! The last Prom memory I have is sipping from a glass of water... then I have a weird vague memory of calling my brother and a weird confrontation between him and someone else...
