Smmmmooooothies...

I've been feeling really awesome lately, at least health-wise, and I'd like to think that at least part of that has to do with the food that I'm eating, or in this case, drinking. I have at least one smoothie a day before I go for a workout, and sometimes I even make enough for afterwards.

Like I said, I love my blender.

Hmm... I should totally try tofu in a smoothie for that protein goodness!! And I love the frozen grapes idea too. Thanks!
