3.x was quite okay for me, better than 2.x and certainly better than 1.x (let alone 0.x, meh). Don't know yet what think of 4.x, though.

I've been working with version 3.4 for a few months now. Appears to be a stable version, few minor bugs but all in all I'm happy with it! ;)
