nice to see you're using this thing again. I don't think taping it makes it a throw-out application, as long as its in relatively good condition. Actually if you think about it taping it could mean, that you're creative and resourceful, good things. lol. Yeah anyways....

Ok, I feel like commenting. Now remember, I'm being honest here, hopefully not cruel, just honest. The tape issue? I personally don't think that tape on a form is a good thing, forms should be pristine when returned (or perhaps that's just my OCD kicking in), but so long as it is not in "It Just Came Out Of My (Simon's) Backpack" condition, I don't think it's quite a throw away form... unless Neuter left some 'souveniers' for the good people at Cambridge.

And the APEGGA exhibit was amusing, wouldn't you say?
