My lower back has been hurting, on and off, since about August. I had no idea what is causing it. I went to the doctor twice, and they are also befuddled. So, I would just take some pain killers, put heat on it, and go about my day

I currently have two yoga injuries. (I fell doing crane stands, and hit my shoulder on the ottoman, which although squishy is still bruise inducing. I also popped my knee in a warrior rotation.) Does this make me seem buffer than before?
I hope you are feeling much better now. I am overdue to visit my chiropractor for my back troubles (previous car accidents and too much lifting of boxes and other items).
