That's great that you are getting your back treated. It will take some time, but you will feel much better. The physical therapist may be able to help with getting some muscles strengthened so the martial arts activity won't hurt you next time, or even to remind you to bend at the knees when lifting boxes. Lavender candles are nice. I find that I fall asleep easier.

I have been disappointed in paganism in general for years now. The main reason is the very ungrounded, unkind behavior I observe in many pagans. And that is not something I much want to talk about, either. But if somebody's "religion" doesn't make them a better, more integritous person, what good is it?

This is the first I've heard about Diana's Grove being sold and although I am very sad, I can't say I'm surprised. I'm curious about why that makes you disappointed in paganism, but you don't want to talk about it. :)

So sorry you are injured and I'm sure you will look hot with a cane.
