In  Florida:

3) Crap, I guess i have to find somewhere else to park my elephant for free.
5) I'm glad Joe didn't wear my prom dress publicly. Since he only wore it that time in my house, it's okay. *whew* Joe's safe.
6) Sorry, Chuck.
8) We can't get killing unborn babies to be illegal, but we can make sexual positions illegal? Wtfrick are they going to do, set up cameras?

I love stupid laws like these. Like, what on earth went through these people's heads that they actually put these into law??

3) hahaha yep. you and that elephant just get into all kinds of trouble.
5) Silly Joe and your prom gown. I'm just sad I lost those pictures. We could have blackmailed him for all he's worth... or at least tried to get some free food from Publix. haha
6) *wiggles fingers* Chuck's a homo! But this form of homo-beastiality is strictly forbidden. Chuck, you lose.
8) hehehe... I could say more, but I think its best if I don't. so I'll just giggle here softly to myself for that one... hehehe

My mother - as a young lady was a hairdresser in California - spoke once about the laws on sleeping under hair dryers. It used to be that a hair dryer was just an oven and you could cook someones hair if you left them in to long. It also used to be a lot more common to settle a commercial dispute with a fist fight than a lawsuit. Many towns had laws regulating sleeping under hairdryers as a means of trying to keep the piece.
She stated that seeing a woman physically attack a hairdresser over a poorly done hairdo was not that uncommon. She also said that when it became more common for people to carry firearms that public fighting went way down.

Oh thanks dude.
That actually makes a lot of sense. I never saw the hair dryer one as being near as strange as some of the other laws on this list, and you just confirmed my belief.
