about the rant on your life revolving around your phone... why don't you try placing it in a perpetual silent mode? that will temper its constant nagging. If it doesn't work, turn it off diba? i have these hours of "absolute self time"... might work for you too. you can always explain later. just don't do it all the time though. and notify your loved ones. :)
