I recently took up knitting. I believe that this is a valuable post-apocalyptic skill. Technically, I should also learn how to spin wool in order for my skill to be completely useful. However, once I've learned that I will have comfortable socks, scarves, and sweaters while the rest of you are going around barefoot and wearing animal pelts.

I'd also like to learn more about wood carving. I have interest in hand tool based carpentry.

Yeah, some kind of sewing would be good, too. I will trade you some pottery for your fine knitted goods so I can upgrade from animal pelts.

I'm teaching myself how to fix cars this year. I am supa-psyched about it but damn is it cold for that sorta thing right now.
