So, for nearly a week I thought I had a cold. It turns out when I went to the health center, and the nurse looked up my nose, she could easily see that I have a sinus infection

Aw, I'm proud of you! Going to live in another state is hard, I imagine, and it is hard to leave your family, but it makes you a stronger person. Your friend is in my thoughts, and so are you!
If you're down south is it at least warmer for you? It's very cold up here in Illinois.
