I have always been and will always be a Christian, of some form. My belief in God and Jesus has never wavered or changed, and He has always been a great source of strength for me, especially during my dad's illness and passing.

Very deep and thought provoking. I agree that we are all going to meet our God (whichever one it is) and we will be judged on our lives lived on earth. Remember that the changes that are made or discussed are all done by MEN. There lies the problem. Women should be allowed into the church and then you would see changes in the right direction.

AH that's a whole other discussion. I believe in humans more so than men vs women. I hate when either side claims superiority in general over one another. Each person is different, and I hate the stereotyping of genders because it doesnt take that into account. I mean, i get offended just as much by women saying "men are jerks" as a man saying women belong in the kitchen.

Sorry for the mini rant (I just had to get that off my chest, its a pet peeve of mine) and thank you for your comments.

I agree with what you are saying. I just meant that over the centuries women have never been allowed to make any decisions in the Catholic Church and as women belong equally to the human race they should be allowed to be part of the inner sanctum of the Catholic Church.
