Holy crap! We're so "grown up" we're looking at houses! Its sad to find what the loan agencies approve you for still isn't realistic to have to maintain that sort of mortgage. But we're staying optimistic! We both have great credit and we're first time home buyers, so we're in a pretty good spot

By the way, you might want to fix that price since the house was actually $469,000. Still too expensive but slightly closer to the realm of possibility. If people thought we were considering a $659K house they might actually think we're rich or something. :P
