So, in April, I sent in my tax returns.

In May, I got the form returned to me - I had forgotten to sign it. I sent it back in promptly, expecting to see the money in July or so.

Nothing.

Today, I went to the IRS office in Seattle. After sitting through an office which processed people with all the rapidity of Jarndice and Jarndice, I finally
