You're doing a wonderful job of showing why this situation is uncomfortable and awkward for both of them, but I have to say, I feel even worse for Blaine at this point, because he expected this to be a wonderful thing, and instead Kurt's self-awareness and hesitation are making it so different than he wanted! Can't wait to see more of their forced interactions!

i love this story! i dig dystopian/utopian AUs and this is so nice because as much as it seems pessimistic and "cutting-their-freedom-of-choice" it's not that bad. and the way you juggle angst, hilarity, warmth and hope is incredible.

and blaine, why so surprised? normally you don't suddenly sleep in the same bed wityh strangers, even like that, lol. poor, hopeful blaine.
