options for apnea

met with the sleep Dr. and dicussed my options (I had a few). 1 - get my tonsils removed which may or may not work and getting this done has risks. 2 - get the expensive machine and wear it for the rest of my life. 3- use an "oral appliance" (its similar to an orthodontic retainer) that is easy to use/comfortable. I have pretty bad apnea myself and have been using the machine for about a year. It really is not too bad. It only took me a couple of days to get used to it. I hardly notice it now and the noise from the machine is waaaaayyy less than my snoring so Rachel is happy too.

#3 is good, years back i should of had one for grinding teeth
