add some rice, corn and cheese, grill in the george forman, viola. he let me bite it once.

Crockpots are super easy... just think of it in terms of componants- meat + vegetation + aromatics + salt and pepper

any combination will work. For instance:

stew beef chunks + carrots, potatos and cellery + thyme, bay leaf and peppercorn + salt (and water)

pork roast + onions, apple slices, cellery + sage, rosemary, peppercorn + salt (and water)

I'll look around on the net and see if I can find a link for some good crockpot recipes- I know I've come across sites dedicated to just that.
