• Gordon is alive, emaciated but alive. And snuggled up to my legs for warmth, he seems happy.
• Kenji alarmed by unfamiliar and sudden laptop noises = adorable.
• Busy, active, walking, To Do Lists.
• The concept for my next zine, which will probably remain unpublished

I think that fabric is called swiss dot. post a picture?

also, what about scanning your zines & posting on LJ? my last zine was actually a collection of LJ posts about library school. I think blogging & zine-writing are connected.

Swiss Dot! That sounds so right. Thanks a million. I'll deffo put that picture post on my... list of *upcoming* (feel the hope?) picture posts. I've got two pieces I can photograph, as well as that photograph I can try to unearth. I think the dots on the unused piece of vintage fabric are actually white flock but the effect is the same. Well, dead similar.

I've thought about scanning my zines but I definitely want them to exist as fully-formed flesh and paper zines first. You know what I mean. Not some sick serial killer hybrid thing. That's not my concept.
