Oooooh, I've been meaning to try out this sort of thing for donkeys' years! I saw a recipe (for an arched stained glass window version of these biscuits, I thi-i-i-nk) demo-ed on a kids' TV programme when I was, well, a kid. In my head it was on How 2, which was usually a 'how things work' sciencey type programme, so I'm not sure my memory's right on this one. Anyway, it's at least a decade and a half later and I still haven't made the bloody things... Damn my procrastinatory tendencies.

Did you know that the word zhjoozhj comes from Polari? I only learnt last week!
