During my journey that everyday between period 4 and period 5 brings me past room 2065, I noticed the contrustion paper sign hanging from the ceiling that reads, "Ski Trip ~ Bromly, VT." So Mardi's gone. She passed away early this morning. I can't help but think to myself, "This is what she has waited her entire life for." She was in a lot of pain. I prayed for her pain to be taken away. But you know what? She is incredibly happy right now. She had an amazing life and helped so many people. Now, she is with God. That's ( Read more... )

My much awaited weekend off has come down to eating pineapple upside down cake while in anticipation of a trip to Walmart with my mother to get toys for Operation Christmas Child. I took this weekend off so that I could attend the Diocesan Convention. I don't think i'm going anymore (well, i'm not really sure. it's a 50/50 chance). It is rather coincidental that i will be getting my new guitar this weekend. So really i can't lose. I've noticed that whenever i resort to procrastinating the first place i go is livejournal.com. Somehow i feel that maybe after i let the world know about the aformentioned procrastination i will be motivated enough to start whatever it is i'm a not doing which now includes a five page paper that was due on Friday and an essay that was due on last ( Read more... )

Yesturday was a sad day at Walgreens. The manager formerly known as "Z" has move on to bigger and better things. Mr. Zakauskus was informed Thursday night as apporximately 8:00 PM that he would be transfering to the Walgreen's in Brockton. His last day was Friday.
