Finished reading A Feast for Crows yesterday and moved on to the next book of the A Song of Ice and Fire series.  I guess over 1000 pages, but it's only 959-ish (I forgot exactly and am too lazy to fetch the book and check).  I'm pondering what I should read next unless somehow the next book comes out soon.  I'm debating between finishing my H.P. I'm not sure how I knew his name for years but never really knew who he was until now.

I've been a bit lazy and haven't been keeping up with the book reading thing.  I actually finished Storm of Swords on May 2, reading a good chunk of it since I had very little to do that day.  I noticed quite a number of discrepancies from the show and book towards the latter quarter of it.  Anywho, I started reading A Feast for Crows last Monday ( Read more... )

Finished reading Clash of Kings yesterday and started Storm of Swords today.  900+ pages, yowza I'm gonna be reading this one for quite a while.  I still find it interesting all the little differences I'm noticing between the Game of Thrones show and the books.

Doing different voices for several characters of an rpg for 2 hours certainly takes a toll on the voice.

Started reading Clash of Kings. It's 790 pages I think, but I can't remember the exact page count. Didn't finish reading Legacy of Blood. Too boring, despite only 19 pages left to read. I'm happy that I'll be reading something to actually stimulate my mind instead of numbing it. Listening to the radio is entertaining on breaks, but why bring a book ( Read more... )

Finished Prey on Wednesday.  The weather seemed warm enough to start reading a hard cover book, but I wasn't too sure, so I picked a book that seemed more travel friendly around work.  Thus a novel adding some flavor to the universe of the video game Diablo was chosen.  It's 300 some odd pages.  I think I managed to read through it all the way once ( Read more... )

I forgot to update the past couple of days, so getting to it now.  Finished Reading World War Z on Tuesday.  We had a blizzard over the weekend, so reading ended up getting delayed since roads were so bad and I couldn't get to work.  Started reading Prey on Wednesday with 502 pages.  Can't wait til the weather warms back up.  I got three books over ( Read more... )

Finished reading Rising Sun yesterday.  After some debate with myself, ended up choosing to read World War Z next.  It's 342 pages long.  Much debate over which book to read next considering the weather.  Normally I will read in my car during my breaks, but since winter is finally showing some cold weather, I'm bringing my book inside and reading ( Read more... )

Just meant to do something whenever I start reading a book.  Been thinking about doing it for a while now, but never really got around to it.  Just mentioning that I've started reading Rising Sun today.  It's 394 pages if my memory is correct with the copy I have.  I usually read during my two 15 minute breaks and my hour lunch.  I'm just posting ( Read more... )
