Day 2
I went to Nami island. It's about 2 hours from Seoul by train.Transportation in Seoul esp. train is good. You can travel by yourself with homework beforehand and map. Koreans may not be good in English, but they try hard to help if they stop to help you.
It's an island so we need a ship to take us there. Nami is pretty popular, a must go, and of course there're a lot of tour groups from various countries.
Nami front gate. Because I was there pretty early, there's still hope to get the gate without someone posing with their cameras in front of me. Well, as I said, Nami is popular.
I didn't enjoy any of Winter Love Song monuments like actor/actress statue in which soooooooooo many people tried to take their shots with it. I walked around the statue and shook my head, so what?!?!?
But I did enjoy the color of the trees, it's mixed among green, yellow, read, brown, and it's so nice in pictures.
Okay after spending 3 hours walking in the park, I was so desperately to recharge. And this restaurant I found recommending in a blog which was unknown by tour group. The server didn't understand English, no English menu; however, I still got myself a nice Nami grilled chicken. Not sure because I was very hungry or what, but it's very very very very YUMMY!
Along with carbohydrate from this plate and my day was complete.
You would spend time at Nami about half a day, according to how you gonna be through with the Park. Then I left for Soraksan for the next day.
