It seems alright to me. It's definitely jacket weather, but weather like this is good for a brisk walk. Go up to northern Minnesota some time in February if you want to know what cold is

haha! I crack up seeing people bundle in those HUGE jackets out here. I lived in MD for about 3 years and learned what cold was. I made it a rule to not leave the house if it was under 20 degrees.lol

Here the weather is cold but not freezing! =)
