I am overwhelmed right now. I just want to cry. My mood and anxiety does not really translate into words very well.  But my heart is racing, I have this knot in my stomach, and I just want to scream...or cry...I don't really know. I'm having a crisis of the faith if you will. I don't mean my actual faith (although that's a struggle all the same),
