I had a Palm Treo that started draining batteries like that and acting up, but I was lucky that I was due for an upgrade from Sprint, so I just got a new phone in a different model. So far, this one is good. . . .

I had a motorola that would be almost dead after only one day. And I didn't even have to use it. When I was able to upgrade, I went back to Nokia. Nokia, IMO, makes better phones than most other manufacturers.
