Two things I learned this week:

1. I apparently do like wine. After years of insisting that I didn't, and trying a bunch that I couldn't stand, I found a kind I really like. I just had to find the right kind. (Mr. and Mrs. buckeyeschild are nodding their heads and thinking "I told you so".) I've now drunk more of it than is probably good. But it's tasty

Riesling! The sweeter the better.

Traverse City makes some really good rieslings. There aren't really any in VA, but I also need to introduce you to dessert wines.

BUT be forewarned. I started by only liking rieslings, but have since made my way into liking some reds...

Riesling! I need it sweet though. Don't like it dry.

And I know. This bar was kind of creepy/cool which made the karaoke thing way cooler than it would have been normally. I'm really digging this bar.

I am the same way about wine. I love riesling and sweet reds. That's about it!

if you like riesling you will love moscato. highly recommend barefoot brand, though sutter home is also passable. :)
