For dinner tonight, Jay & I threw togther a Festive Blackbean Pizza, It was very quick and easy so I'll post the recipie here. Oh, and we used crossiants for the crust becouse it was a last faster than making dough but we have a good recipie for whole wheat crust if anyone wants it. Just let me know and I'll post it.

Sorry I didn't answer your question about lentils. I just call them by their Hindi names so I'm not sure :( But, there is a dish made by cooking lentils and rice together that has no seasoning besides salt. And after it's cooked, you add a little heated oil with chopped up garlic (in some cases and thete are variations of course) I think the name of the dish is spelled kitcharee...or something like that. No idea :P But that is how it sounds like to me anyway.
