Yuu was mad. Really mad. His brother promised him that they'll go together to the beach. Who was Yuu? A ten years old boy, whose parents died in a car accident, three years ago. His brother is everything he have left. But it's okay. If Yuu knows his brother loves him, he doesn't need anything else. Well, except food and a place to stay, which somehow, they managed to get, but that's a secret. For a twelve years old boy, his brother is amazing. He works as a gardener, musician and writer. He doesn't have free time at all. Yuu always wonders how his brother still have time left to take care of Yuu. It isn't like Yuu can't take care of his self, it's just that Kouyou loves his brother very much. When Yuu asked Kouyou if he can help out with his work, Kouyou said no. That's how much he cares.
Sometimes Yuu wishes that he will become like his brother. A strong boy, a loving one and..a beautiful one. That's Yuu's secret. He loves his brother, but in a different way. He always watches Kouyou sleeping, eating and doing everything. The way he flips his hair, the way he walks, the way he's talking, even the way his lips are moving. It's so ..tempting. He always wondered how his brother thinks of him. If, his brother loves him in that way. But now, Yuu is mad. He's been waiting Kouyou since morning. And now it's like, 2.P.M?
Yuu pouts. He decides that he can go alone to the beach. He puts his sandals on and leaves. He can go alone to the beach, right? Nothing, by any chance is going to happen, right? Yuu is a big boy now.
He soon arrives to the beach and realizes that he’s not alone. There’s one more boy. All Yuu could see is that the boy had honey-blonde hair, like his brother. He was sitting on the sand, hugging his knees. Could that boy be his brother?
Being the curious boy he was, Yuu runs to the honey-blonde kid. “Onii-san !” he shouted. The older boy turns his head and smiles. “Yuu, what are you doing here?” asked Kouyou, his voice very calm. “I..I was searching for you! You promised me that we’ll go together to the beach..” Yuu folded his arms and pouted. “I see.. Gomene Yuu.” Silence has fallen upon the two boys.
“Onii-san, can i ask you something?”
“Um. Okay”
“Why were you hugging your knees?”
Kouyou’s face turned into a frown. He didn’t like the idea of explaining Yuu things. Especially when he knows Yuu will never love him in the same way. So he prefers shutting his mouth instead of saying stupid things.
Yuu was staring at his brother wondering why he is so quiet.
“Are you okay onii-san? Did i say something wr-“
“No..It’s just that...Yuu can i try something..?”
“Something...?”
“I promise it won’t hurt..”
Yuu nodded. He knew what his brother was going to do. He closed his eyes and felt it. He felt Kouyou’s lips.
