If you're really that worried about them, you can call the state and ask that custody be given to you. You'll get state aid and such to take care of them and you'll know that they're in a better environment.
As it stands now, if they get caught, your nephews will go into the system, if I remember my laws correctly.
Unfortunately that won't work here. About 6 years ago, my mom and I tried to get custody of my nephews and the state said the only way we can say that my sister and her husband are endangering their lives is the boys have to be in the car with them when they were high or drunk and driving. Idaho doesn't give a shit about kids!
